[She had pretty purple hair] From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile and was incredibly kind. She helped me find the perfect pair of boots. Her attitude was simply wonderful, she didn't act like she hated her job [like most sales people do.]She is a fantastic asset to your team, and I will definitely be back because of the excellent service she provided.

Yesterday I rescued my teenager from the WNC Mountains she chose to stay with us to hand out supplies and even offered her treasured boots. Y'all I realized my kid had duct tape insoles. So I sent her to LB s to get insoles. She refused to let me get her boots. So I called Lisa the owner of LBs and asked to get her to try on boots she liked. Y'all when I say the sales person Jennifer went above and beyond I mean it! She got insoles for her old boots and I went and bought the new ones. In a time of sadness with these hurricanes Lisa and Jennifer helped bring some kindness and sunshine, you ladies are the best God Bless!
